AAA aims to provide effective solutions for health problems that affect a great number of people. This is our primary responsibility. We believe that strong ethical standards are the necessary foundation for gaining and maintaining the trust and confidence of our all relevant stakeholders.
AAA is at its core a pharmaceutical company. As such the company strives to fully comply with and enforce all relevant pharmaceutical standards. AAA is member of the European Association of imaging producers and equipment suppliers (AIPES) which, by means of its Code of ethics, establishes clear guidelines of how to correctly conduct business.
AAA also aims to be a highly attractive company for its employees and people interested in engaging in its business activities. A significant number of its current personnel has been hired very early in their career and then be trained in-house. Career progression is based on performance and potential assessment. Compensation depends primarily on the individual's responsibility and performance but we believe that our employees shall also participate in the overall results of the company. To make this possible, AAA has established various company-wide incentive programs.
The health and well-being of our employees is of particular importance and no efforts are spared to ensure workplace safety and accident prevention.
AAA also aims to be a successful company from a business point of view. Shareholders, suppliers, financial institutions and public authorities have provided us with the possibility to develop within a few years from having an idea into a viable business, today employing more than 130 people. It is our obligation to make sure that the loyalty and trust of our business partners shall be rewarded. It is also a condition for further development and growth of AAA.
