
In December 2003 AAA completed the construction of its first radiopharmaceutical laboratory in the Technoparc of Saint Genis Pouilly (Rhône-Alpes, France).
In December 2004 AAA received its first Marketing Authorization from the Swiss authorities to commercialize GLUSCAN® in Switzerland.
Between 2003 and 2008 AAA completed the construction of four more facilities in France and Italy.
In 2008 AAA concluded with Bracco an exclusive license agreement for Cardiogen® (Sr-Rb generator for Cardiac PET) distribution in Europe and completed the acquisition of Gipharma, an Italian pharmaceutical contract manufacturer for injectable and freeze-dried products.
In 2009 AAA started the construction of 2 new radiopharmaceuticals production and R&D facilities, respectively in Meldola (Forlì, Italy) and in "La Almunia de Doña Godina" (Zaragoza, Spain).
In 2010, AAA announced its investment in Atreus Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Ottawa, Canada) of up to US$6 million, and the acquisition of BioSynthema, Inc. (St. Louis, Missouri) to enter the radiopharmaceutical cancer therapeutic market.
